The firebuck made of bar steel, developed and manufactured by us and the Brändi Foundation in Kriens LU, is a way to increase the temperature in your wood-fired pizza oven.

 The fire buck allows you to burn your beech logs elegantly with optimal air supply and thus at a higher temperature. The fire dog also prevents logs from falling onto the baking side of your oven and turning your dinner into a pile of ash - so it's definitely a worthwhile investment 😉.
