 Thanks to the porous biscotto that comes with the pizza, the pizza base cannot burn (in theory it could, but by then the top of the pizza will have turned black) and yet the base will quickly become crispy in the right places and develop a beautiful pattern.
 The oven should be used outdoors (since the oven has a built-in thermal fuse, it can theoretically also be used indoors in Switzerland, but we advise against this - if you do, good ventilation via an open window or door is essential) - storage protected from the effects of weather and moisture is recommended.
